Qigong - September 28, 2008 with Steven Spiro
Using Qi Gong we will explore energy flow in the Gross, Subtle, and Light Bodies. Techniques will include movement, stillness, meditation, and visualization, as individuals and as a group. Come prepared for fun and the unexpected!
Instructor:
Steven Spiro has studied, practiced, and taught Qi Gong and Taiji since 1993. His teachers include Tricia Yu (Cheng Man Ching Lineage), Master Lin, Master Lee, and Thich Nhat Hanh. Fusing East and West, he has developed a teaching style appropriate for our time and culture.

An overview of Tricia Yu's method for learning to experience qi and for teaching this awareness. Applicable to all qigong. Sequenced experiences that progress from simple to more challenging.

Tai Chi Fundamentals Professional Training Workshop Level 3
Prerequisite:Levels 1 & 2.
Teaches all elements required for TCF Level Three Certification. Participants learn Sections Two and Three of the TCF Form and review all Movement Patterns. Includes teaching practicum, techniques for using TCF with specific populations, training in sensing qi and introduction to The ROM Dance Range of Motion and Relaxation Program, and Energize exercises.
